Shipping Policy
- Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 72 hours. Please note personalised items will take longer to process.
- Shipping Charges: We offer no free shipping on orders.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email once the order is shipped.
- In case you’re ordering other items along with personalised or Gold jewellery, your order might arrive in parts.
At Anvaya, we take great care to ensure your orders are packed securely. However, in the rare event that a product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping or other factors, please note:
- No Refunds – We do not offer refunds for damaged products.
- Replacement Only – Damaged items are eligible for replacement with the same product.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video – You must record a clear, unedited video while opening the package, showing the damaged product as proof.
- Reporting Timeline – Please email us at anvayapc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, attaching the unboxing video and your order details.
- Verification – Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost.
- Failure to provide the required unboxing video and timely email notification will make the replacement request ineligible
- In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 24 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
